Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA) is a nationwide cooperative for public sector
governmental (as well as educational) agencies providing a competitive solicitation process that meets most states’ purchasing and contacting requirements. PCA Contracts are awarded by a Texas public agency, are compliant with federal FAR requirements and most states’ purchasing statutes, and are renewable for periods up to 5 years. Throughout the contract period, PCA’s team of industry experts are on board to support both members and vendors. As a result, PCA Members achieve substantial and measurable time and cost savings in their purchasing process.
